Finding Your Business Pathway

A one-day workshop where those participating are taken through a series of key questions that help them to better understand their business journey to date and the pathway(s) they might want to explore in the future. Running this workshop is a great way of adding value for suppliers and business customers of your business/organisation.

Business Continuity

A half-day workshop that examines the Threats and Risks to a business, discussing options to minimise any negative impact of a trauma occurring. (Every year our Managing Director delivers a presentation to degree level students on ‘Expecting the Unexpected in Business’ the content of which is all based upon his own personal business experiences. The presentation is always well received, getting excellent feedback via the course tutors.)

Business Networking – An Introduction

Whatever the size of your business, company or organisation and no matter what sector it operates within there are benefits to Networking. This half-day workshop is for those considering Networking, or that have just started to Network. Looking at networking group types and techniques, along with how to make the most of the time and money invested. (Our Managing Director, Ben Jackson has invested in attending, supporting, creating and running many Business, Voluntary and Partnership related organisations as well as Networking groups of various types and you can benefit from what he has learned along the way.)
